SHIPPING POLICY
Effective Date: September 1, 2024


1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Please review the details carefully and contact us immediately at hello@getpawzy.com if any changes are needed.


2. Shipping Methods and Rates

  • Shipping Methods: We offer multiple options including standard, expedited, and international shipping. Available methods and delivery estimates will be shown at checkout.

  • Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

    Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard domestic shipping takes approximately 6–8 business days from the date of shipment.


3. International Shipping

  • Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Pawzy is not liable for customs delays or fees.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently do not ship to Hawaii, Hong Kong, or countries in the European Union. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • Delivery Times: International shipments usually take 7–10 business days after dispatch, excluding any customs processing time.


4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Info: Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your order.

  • Tracking Delays: Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update. International tracking may be limited after leaving the U.S.

  • Missing Tracking: If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days, contact us at hello@getpawzy.com


5. Delivery Issues

  • Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. Pawzy is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to inaccurate address information.

  • Failed Deliveries: Carriers will typically leave a notice if delivery fails, with instructions to reschedule or pick up the package.

  • Unclaimed Packages: Items returned due to non-pickup or incorrect address will be refunded minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Domestic Orders: Report lost or damaged packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and any photo evidence. We’ll issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

  • International Orders: Report issues within 14 days of the expected delivery date. Same documentation applies.

  • Limitations: Pawzy is not responsible for:

    • Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier

    • Loss/damage due to customs inspections

    • Issues caused by incorrect shipping information
