Pawzy Refund & Return Policy
At Pawzy, we’re dedicated to helping pets live itch-free, happy lives, and we stand behind the quality of our products. Because every pet’s body chemistry is unique, results can vary, so we handle each return with care and transparency.
Inspection & Approval Process
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for consideration:
- The product must be returned in its original packaging (opened or unopened).
- You must contact our support team within 30 days of placing your order.
- Our quality team will inspect the returned item upon receipt.
Once inspected, if the item is deemed eligible for a refund, you will receive:
- A 30% refund of your order value, and
- A 30% discount code for your next purchase as a gesture of appreciation.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Products used for more than 50% of their contents.
- Orders placed over 30 days ago.
- Products damaged through misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
- Any orders we deem ineligible.
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@getpawzy.com with your order number, photos of the product, and a brief note about your experience.
Once your request is inspected, you’ll receive a response VIA email.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
